Way before the wave of mental health apps, I saw a gap—a need for accessible support, especially for those in rural areas or who are hesitant about traditional therapy.
That’s why I created “How Are You?”—a low-stress, high-impact daily touchpoint designed to empower users. This app fosters mental hygiene habits, promotes awareness, and connects users to additional resources (traditional care, emergency support) when needed. I developed “How Are You?” through user research and testing. It is designed to empower users to take charge of their well-being, regardless of location or stigma.
