Custom Printing Options

I can set up printing services for you at no extra charge. That is, you pay for printing but not for my coordination (unlike other vendors). I design all my invites for home or professional printing.

Custom printing is a great option for those who want a specific type of paper, a fancy printing technique (letterpress, foil, etc.), or options like metallic ink. If you are printing more than 100 invites and coordinates, custom printing (in one color) is probably cheaper than printing at a copy shop.

If you would like custom printing, contact me via Etsy conversation.

…

Side note…(slash side rant!)

This year I’m making a plan for my blog, shop, and portfolio to be all in one place (buh-bye etsy!). This has been on my to-do list forever. I love designing wedding invitations but hate paying etsy to keep listings live. I loathe dealing with the way etsy makes me list items because it’s confusing to potential customers (seriously…try to order something). If I listed invites the way etsy wants me to list it would cost me $2500 a year! (Currently it costs me $10 a year to keep the listings.)

I don’t think I will sell more with my own shop, but the shop would be tied to my portfolio/blog and it would be free to maintain. I could add whatever whenever I want with no added cost. And I wouldn’t have to compete with other vendors who are advertised on my page (another thing I hate about etsy!) because there won’t be other vendors advertised on my site. I’ve discussed my distaste for etsy at length with one of my favorite full-time artist friends—it’s beyond time I make the switch to my personal space. That and I’m past due for a blog/portfolio integration and update (spoiler alert: getting rid of the lifeplusrunning domain).
