How to upcycle a ceramic pitcher.
I haven’t made many ceramic pieces lately, but I had this gorgeous pitcher lying around (courtesy of @shanereiser) for the past 3 months and I’ve been meaning to do SOMETHING to it.
I finally got around to painting this yellow pitcher a couple days ago.
And I took some photos today. I’ve never taken advantage of my lovely enclosed porch for photos before (silly me), and I’m surprised I ventured out there after I got locked out a few weeks back.
What do you think? I love this thing so much that I don’t really want to get rid of it. I must find more pitchers and do more of these. I need vases and pitchers, stat. I have no room for them though, so sadly, unless I get rid of some of my current inventory, this will be my sole pitcher.

hey…My dear…Was just reading your blog…I am headed home for the week (no classes until next Wednesday! And I’m gonna remember to grab those sets of dishes to tell you the name of them…And also…I don’t know if you know this, but grandma did Ceramics…all the time until she got sick, would you like me to look around to see if she has anything out in her room or ever downstairs? And if she does…I can put it aside and tell my mom that I want it, and when you have more space I can get it to you…Just let me know 🙂

This is sooo gorgeous! I love your upcycled ceramics. You have such a knack for adding just the right amount to make a piece modern and interesting. Nice work!
