  1. So how many ounces of juice are you drinking per day? Do you feel hungry? I am seriously considering juicing!

      Hey jess! I’m drinking about 32-40 oz of juice (they recommend 64, but that’s hella expensive) and I’m drinking herbal tea with a bit of honey between, and having 1 vegan protein shake with water after my workout. I don’t feel hungry, but I do miss chewing. I had an apple with PB and celery with PB 3 of 5 days (in the evening) because I’m used to snacking, but that’s a habit I need to break anyway (and I wasn’t *really* hungry).

    Do you make your own juices or buy them? I kinda love those bottles also!

      Hi Cait! I make the juice and I put it in glass bottles that we reuse from our local dairy where my boyfriend gets his milk. They cost $2 deposit with the milk so we eventually take them back, but they’re nicer than a plastic pitcher or whatever else I could buy for my juice. The juices are carbeeple and mean green.
