because I miss myspace. and 2003.

I like doing surveys from time to time. I don’t know if anybody likes reading them, but I don’t care. It’s my blog; I do what I want. I used to do a ton of these when myspace was a thing, and over e-mail before social networks even existed. I dug and dug for some really old-school surveys in my ancient e-mail inboxes from old e-mail addresses, but alas, nothing came up.

Mixed fruit. I had some leftover from a catered meeting this week, which was great because I didn’t pack my lunch today.

Tazo Awake … pre-run fuel.

45 min cardio + 30 min strength + 10 min yoga + 2 minute plank

Do you like sprints, or do you like steady state better?

Steady state for sure. I love LSD (long, slow distance for you non-running folk).

Do you need coffee to get going in the morning?

Gross. No. That would make me so hard to be around. I have tea, but I use the same teabag all week because I’m cheap and also a little gross, so by the end of the week I’m just drinking hot water.

    1. Omg, freezing pureed squash makes so much more sense than freezing an intact half of a squash, like i always do. Thaks for the idea!
    2. You use a teabag for a week?! How…? Lol to me it’s already too weak the second time around.

      1) yes. definitely puree that shiz before freezing it!

      2) and yes. I’m getting better though. i should clarify that this is just for my AM wake-me-up tea. I have been changing after 2-3 days now.

    Wishing I could drink tea before a run but I have to stop drinking fluids a few hours before and then only just half of my blender bottle of aminos or else I will have to pee 3 miles in? Check.

      your aminos should be caffeinated enough for a run! i hear ya sista about not doing certain things before running. there are certain things i must do before running. also, all my routes have bathroom stops along the way.
