Meet Lindsay’s abs. I’m jealous.
Lindsay is is a NASM-certified personal trainer, a mom, a fantastic blogger, a blend and all-around awesome person. She’s the catalyst behind Blend Retreat, and this post is long overdue.
I read Lindsay’s blog, Lindsay’s List, just about every day. She’s so positive, and most days is silly. She has a weekly workout segment called Tuesday Trainer in which she features other bloggers demonstrating moves for the weekly theme.
She also has some very thoughtful posts, some of which include:

PS: When writing this the last few Humpday Blog Love posts, I realized it would be exceptionally easy for somebody to navigate my blog if I had a “top posts” page. So I compiled them all, and added a top posts page to my menu. I’ve been tossing around this idea since I saw this Blog Tip Thursday post by Gretchen from Honey I Shrunk the Gretchen, and finally decided to do it.
